1. Ticket Cancellations
Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded. Please check the event date and time carefully before booking.
2. Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that an organizer cancels an event, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged twice for the same transaction, the extra amount will be automatically refunded by our payment gateway within 5-7 business days.
